Yes yes, it's been like two days and no movement whatsoever. You were warned that updates were not going to be frequent, at least not daily. Well yeah, we keep our promises, especially when it means we have a little less "work" to do.
Hey! It's officially Christmas. Everybody is either celebrating, getting drunk, having sex, eating or even better yet, writing a blog post while laying in bed. Yup. That's me. Mister Socializer.
Ok, I'm lying, I did not stay home all night. I not too long came back from by family where I ate my belly full. But now I'm in bed and I know that the majority of you aren't. So my point still stands.
This is my third Christmas here in Europe, and my second in Paris. And to be honest with you, it's not like before. Back then, Christmas was a party, but now that I'm far away from my loved ones, the shit's kind of lost its luster. Oh well, nothing I can do about it. I guess I'll have to use this time alone to reflect on all the positivity in my life. And there's a lot of it. I encourage all of you who are not with family and people they love to not spend this time being sad with themselves and instead think about all the happy times that you've had, and you'll see, it'll help pass time. This is the second year that I'm doing it. So far so good.
So this goes out to all the loners on this Christmas day. If you don't have anybody close by to wish you a Merry Christmas, I'll do it.
Merry Christmas! I hope your next one will be merrier than this one because I'm not going to do this every year!
